Linden Lab Appoints Cyn Skyberg to Vice President of Customer Relations
Director of customer relations promoted to executive teamSAN FRANCISCO, Calif., February 5, 2008 — Linden Lab®, the developer of the 3D virtual world Second Life®, today announced the appointment of Cyn Skyberg to vice president of customer relations. Skyberg formerly served as the director of customer relations at Linden Lab. In her expanded role, Skyberg will guide the Second Life support teams including overseeing billing, risk management and in-world support, as well as all external sales and management.
Skyberg joined Linden Lab in 2005 as director of customer relations, bringing over 15 years of customer relationship management. During her tenure at Linden Lab, Skyberg has implemented several successful communications platforms and established an integrated network of support for Residents and internal service teams.

Prior to Linden Lab, Skyberg was a director at the San Jose Museum of Art and a senior manager at the Portland Art Museum, where she honed her skills in customer relationship management. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
